When becoming an imView™ customer, we ask customers to submit personnel information including name, address, email address, and telephone number. When purchasing the service, customers are also asked to submit credit card information.
Information will be collected in the normal course of the application of imView™ service that can also be regarded as personnel. Information such as IM and email provider used, browser used, domain name used, operating system used, as well as domains visited. This information can be helpful to imView™ in improving the service we provide our customers and will only be used in the implementation of a subscribers service or by imView™ to enhance the overall service provided to all subscribers. Collected information will not be tracked or used in any way that identifies the customer

In order for imView™ to most effectively communicate customer relevant information such as important product updates, best practices, and service related errors and alerts; you will need to consent to letting us email you. imView™ will use your contact information and email address exclusively for communication regarding your imView™ service only and under no circumstances will it be shared with agencies looking to use this information for marketing purposes without your consent.

 

Opt Out Policy   

That said, while it is not recommended, you can request at any time that we not send you any future email by sending us an email at info@imview.net requesting that you be removed from any future email updates. (PLEASE NOTE – this will not remove your ability to receive system drive email alerts as part of your monthly service)
